Due to COVID-19, all orders are FINAL! There will be no returns available. (NO REFUNDS) Exchanges only happen if there is a defect with your order. You must notify us within 3 Business days after receiving shipment by emailing us at bellboutique8@yahoo.com Clothing must show NO obvious signs of being WORN! If eligible for an exchange you will be responsible for return shipping upfront. Please send us a tracking number in order for us to keep up with the defective item. Please allow up to 5 Business days for us to process defective orders. We Do Not Have To Accept Any defective items if Determined an Unreliable Source.
